Viburnum Turns Burgundy

Viburnum leaves shift from green to burgundy as the growing season draws to a close. The brilliant red seeds of this native plant are nearly ripe. This is Vermont (12), a photograph from my Vermont edition that explores the mountainous Northeastern landscapes of the United States.
