In Conversation at the Arts Club Chicago with Lincoln Schatz, is an ongoing series of interviews featuring artists, curators, institutional arts leaders and others looking to explore the world of art in-depth and detail at the Arts Club Chicago. These hour long interviews allow for Schatz and his guests to delve into topics as wide-ranging as combat photography to how Chicago writers revolutionized literary forms during the first half of the twentieth century. Interviews have included the author Liesl Olson, Michael Kaiser, internationally renowned arts management expert and former president of the Kennedy Center, two-time Pulitzer Prize winning photojournalist and documentary filmmaker Lucian Perkins, Virginia Shore, curator and former Acting Director and Chief Curator for Art in Embassies at the US Department of State and Army Staff Sergeant Russell Klika, military journalist and combat photographer.
