Ice Lake Video 2024

Large pieces of ice floated in the lake last week as seen in this video from early 2024. The edges bump and grind together as they bob up and down in the water. The sharp fracture points from where they had initially broken apart are softening over time. These massive sections of ice slowly become circular in nature as they turn. Warmer temperatures this week have caused the ice to almost entirely disappear already.
