Early April Lake Day
A soft early April day that gently ushers us closer to spring on Lake Michigan. These transitional days have a newness of life that is undeniable. Plants are erupting from the sand and soil along the edges of Lake Michigan. A fast flush of dandelions are now already fully gone to seed. The seasons this year seem rushed, the weather too warm, too quick and a calm day like this allows for that pace to slow down, to appreciate spring for what it is, if only for a few hours. This is April 12th, 2024, from the Lake Series.
