Winter Whitecaps

Winter Whitecaps

The water churns, changing color and form as storms push heavy winds, rain and snow along the lakefront on December 9th, 2022. Whitecaps kept crashing closer and closer as I tried to find a safe place to photograph from. Always a push and pull as I’m constantly tempted by the waves to get closer, to capture their beauty and power in greater detail.
