One of the most striking mornings of fall in 2018 was this early August 8th day when the lake turned an inky black and green as clouds rolled in overhead and darkened quickly. It was a day to photograph for as long as possible, while knowing it might be important to be ready to leave as quickly as the clouds were coming in. This particular photo is from the Lake Series.
