Purple Skies on the Lake

Purple skies on the lake early in the morning. A surreal storm filled morning on the lake has the sky painted with purples and blues. I know the old saying, “red sky at morning, sailors take warning”. But I wonder about these purple skies and what will come as the day unfolds? From the Lake Series, October 1st, 2020.
