Ponca Nebraska Fields

These are Ponca Nebraska fields, from the America: Forests and Fields edition of limited edition photographs.  America: Forests and Fields is a new series begun during the summer of 2020. These photographs tie together farmlands, forests and the intermediary connecting spaces surrounding them in Nebraska, West Virginia and Illinois. 

Corn fields cover the rolling hills outside Ponca, Nebraska. The day is ending and the light has become soft. The skies overhead fill with delicate clouds that move slowly in light wind.
