Lake Water Rolls

Late afternoon light strikes the tops of undulating waves moving on Lake Michigan as the lake water rolls towards shore. I find watching the waves to be calming. Bringing a period of quiet contemplation to my day. What is something in nature that you can get lost in? A phenomenon, landscape or place that brings peace?
