Hazy Lake

The sky feels unreal on this hazy day at the lake. From July 24th, 2023, the lake and the sky take on the same characteristics. Melding into one as I stand along the serrated edge of the lake wall. The horizon is barely perceptible. A line of golden light far from shore.
