Golden Lake Light
Golden lake light has me thinking a lot about the quality of light we encounter in landscapes. Is there a quality of light that you have experienced that stays with you?
For myself, this day with its golden light caressing the surface of Lake Michigan, creating rippling marbled patterns, remains with me to this day. How the lake appeared, the weather, the sky above and the mercurial waters and barely perceptible wind. Watching the patterns change as the water shifted softly in the light breeze. This is from The Sky and The Water, a collection of limited edition photographs available for purchase.
