Blue Lake in Fog

February 25th, 2019 (2) from my Lake Series, is a photograph I love for it’s subtlety. The way in which the colors barely, imperceptibly shift in an incredibly tight range of blues. A horizon line is just visible, clouds, slightly warmed by the sky through the heavy morning light turn gently peach. Water and clouds become indistinguishable from one another early this late winter morning.
