Sun Rising on Lake Michigan

the sun rising on Lake Michigan is obscured by a line of dark clouds along the horizon, an orange blue ombre shifts in the sky above, reflected in the still lake below Steam is beginning to drift off the lake early in the morning with the sun rising on Lake Michigan. Clouds along the horizon obscure the sun. These are some of my favorite times to photograph the lake. When the light is just about to take over the sky. But for now, is delicately illuminating the landscape in front of me. From the Lake Series, February 6th, 2021.
